Had a good weekend exercise wise. Played basketball for 1.5 hours yesterday with a mixture of 3v3 half court and then full court. Today I shot freethows and practiced the fake shot, fake drive one bounce shots from both sides.
Today was supposed to be a team training day but None of the 15 team players could be bothered to get up and go to training!
On a more positive note my weight is down to 96.1 kgs and 29.2% body fat.
