changed it up today

Changed up my training this morning as I had an early meeting. Instead of going to Pilates I took the dog for a walk up the Hill behind my house.

I can really feel the benefits of my training an Wright loss over the last month or só.

Usually when i climb the Hill i AM really out of breath after about the first 20 meters. This morning i got tired after about three quarters of the climb and even then I wasnt totally winded by the time i reached the top.

My weigh in today showed that i hadnt lost any weight but hadnt put any on either. I was 96.2kgs and 30.7% bodyfat.
