Did my first day at the new gym yesterday morning and it was good. The recumbent bike wasn´t as good as the old gym as it seemed to be easier. I did 10 minutes on level 1 followed by 20 minutes on level 8 which is the top level! After the recumbent bike I did 10 minutes on the cross trainer (cross country skiing thingy). I then did my usual upper body weights routing we decided to leave the legs workout until today but I didnt go as I was really tired and slept through my second alarm to wake me up!!! I didnt make Pilates either today.
Yesterday my weight was 97.0kgs and 29.8% bodyfat.
Today my weight was down to 96.2kgs and 32,2% bodyfat!!!
I am going to ride the exercise bike and skip before basketball tonight as a warm up and to make up for the missed gym and Pilates this morning.
Hopefully by the weekend my weight will be down below 95kgs.
