Did 30 minutes on the recumbent bike on level 1 as the batteries were running out so I couldn't increase the level!
Did the following exercises:
6x15 leg press inclined.
6x15 leg normal leg press.
6x15 straight leg deadlift with Dumbbells.
4x15 adduction
4x15 abduction
4x15 calf raise.
All in all my workout today took 1.5 hours.
My weigh in today was 96.2kgs an 31.7% body fat.
